Inspired by the popular CrossPeak 2, the CrossPeak 1 brings the same freestanding design, stability, and quick setup to a solo backpacking tent. Its compact footprint hides a roomy interior with generous headroom, while 100% waterproof Dyneema Composite Fabrics deliver an ideal balance of low weight, durability, and weather protection. At 28.7 oz, it’s one of the lightest freestanding one-person tents available—offering the reliability, comfort, and storm-ready performance sought after by ambitious adventurers.

    KEY FEATURES

    • Just because it's a one person tent doesn't mean it has to be a coffin, the Crosspeak 1 boasts ample room for the backcountry user and all their gear.
    • Perimeter mesh provides superior ventilation while never compromising the shelter's resiliency in harsh weather.
    • First-rate reinforcement and guy-out points make this three season shelter sturdier than the competition.

    Interior Accommodations

Highly livable, with 42" of headroom, one 22" deep zippered vestibule, one storage pockets, and clothesline attachment loops.

    Floor Plan

Fits a wide pad, with plenty of space for gear beside and below it.

    Fabric Properties

Waterproof Dyneema® Composite Fabric 0.55 Fly and Dyneema® Composite Fabric 0.96 Floor are lightweight but durable.

    Pole Construction

DAC 8.7 mm aluminum poles are light, reliable, and strong. Easily field-repairable with included splint in emergencies.

    Pitch

20D Sil-Nylon external pole sleeves create a strong, reliable structure and make pitching smooth and consistent every time.

    Vents

Two door vents and adjustable ventilation at the head and foot end allow for air flow.

    Doors

Easy-to-use magnetic door tie backs make tying the doors back a breeze.

    Guyline

Linelocs and grommet ends are equipped with premium Lawson Ironwire guyline

    Additional Reinforcements

In tough weather conditions, tent stability can be reinforced with trekking poles in both the vestibule and inside the tent (on the opposite side of the vestibule) using the pole retention straps and additional guylines on the head and foot panel and pole tie out points.
