REFUND POLICY

Contrasto understands that ordering online is not always an easy task, and we appreciate the opportunity to take care of you. We want to make your online shopping experience as smooth as possible. We are happy to accept returns that meet the following conditions:


Eligibility

  • The merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
    Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part, in which case we will issue a prepaid return label.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Tags must be attached and the item must be in its original packaging.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition — no odors, stains, hair, or other signs of wear.
  • Items must be completely resalable.


Non-returnable Items

  • For hygienic reasons, hats, underwear, and swimwear are final sale.
  • Drinkware is final sale.
  • Discounted or sale items are final sale — no returns or exchanges.
  • Limited release items are final sale.
  • We do not offer direct exchanges due to the limited nature of our products.
    If you need a different item, please place a new order and request a return for a refund on your original purchase.
  • If you received free shipping on your original order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


Return Authorization

Contrasto will not accept any returns without prior written communication.

Packaging & Shipping

  1. Include your packing slip with the return and wrap the item securely.
    For your protection, we recommend using a trackable and insurable shipping method.
    We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit back to contrasto.nyc.

Once we receive your item and it passes inspection, please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your refund.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
