    FR-chair carbon field with Dyneema®

    The FR-chair carbon field with Dyneema® is an ultra-lightweight, high-insulation outdoor chair crafted from a premium blend of Dyneema® Composite Fabric, aluminized olefin foam, and 3K carbon fiber. We are proud to announce that this product is officially licensed to use the Dyneema® brand.

    Advanced Material Engineering

    • Main Body: Dyneema® is utilized for the backrest, rear panels, and seat surface for unmatched strength-to-weight performance.

    • Insulation: The seat interior features 8mm aluminized olefin foam, providing superior thermal insulation from the cold ground.

    • Frame: Two 3K carbon fiber rods support the backrest, offering rigid strength at a fraction of the weight of metal.

    • Durability: The bottom surface, which contacts the ground, is made of rugged ripstop nylon.

    Precision Construction

    • Bonding & Reinforcement: The pole pocket parts are sewn onto the DCF and then bonded to the main body. High-stress points are reinforced with seam-sealing for maximum durability.

    • Ergonomics: Equipped with ladder locks to allow for easy backrest angle adjustment.

    • Grip: Specialized grip parts are fitted where the carbon poles meet the ground to prevent slipping.

    The "V-Frame" Philosophy We intentionally adopted a V-shaped frame structure. While an X-frame offers slightly more stability, it requires longer poles and a more complex setup, which adds unnecessary weight. By choosing the V-frame, we created a chair that rewards the user’s core balance with a significantly lighter weight and faster assembly. It is an ultra-lightweight chair with a minimalist, functional soul.

    Modular Design While the FR-CCF is at its lightest when used alone, we offer a variety of options to customize the setup according to your specific needs and trail conditions.
